Marinha Guincho, above the Atlantic

In the hills between Malveira da Serra and the sea, inside the Sintra–Cascais natural park.

The estate sits on the ridge road above Praia do Guincho, west of Cascais. Pine and olive on three sides, the ocean on the fourth. The coast road, the golf and the town are all reached in minutes; nothing overlooks the site from above.

Cascais keeps its own life through the winter — a marina, schools, a hospital, a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Lisbon and its airport are less than forty minutes by the A5.
